Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions do not affect the customers statutory rights. Orders/ Bookings placed via this website, via email or social media are subject to the following terms and conditions and may change without notice.
 
1.Privacy policy.
1.1  RTS Photography are committed to protecting your privacy and promises only to use information collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 (GDPR).
1.2  When placing an order/ booking, we may ask for certain information and you may submit personal information to RTS Photography such as your name, postal address, phone number, email and bank details. This information will be kept securely in accordance with our internal security policy and will only be used to process your order/booking and provide you with an up-to-date service.
1.3  By making an order/booking and submitting your data you agree to this use.
1.4  We will never collect sensitive information about you with out your explicit consent.
1.5  At no time will any information gained about you be passed on to any third party.
1.6  Unless required to do so by law, we will not share, sell or distribute any of the information you provide to us without your consent.
 
2. Placing an Order/ Booking. 
2.1  When you place an order/ booking for a package/ service in any of the ways listed below you are agreeing to buy it for the price stated subject to these terms. 1. 2.2 When you place an order/booking online, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This will be produced automatically so that you have a copy of your confirmation details. The fact that you have a confirmation of your order does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order/booking. If a package is out of stock/ or the date is already booked – you will be notified via email.
2.3 All new orders/ bookings are deemed separate, and each is treated individually.
2.4 We endeavour to ensure that all prices on RTS Photography are accurate however errors may occur. If we discover an error in the pricing of any of our products within your order/ booking, we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you have supplied at the time of purchase. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order/booking at the correct price or cancelation. If for any reason we are unable to get in contact with you, your order will be deemed as cancelled. When an order is cancelled a refund of the payment will be given in full (excluding the non-refundable booking fee).
2.5 Prices quoted on RTS Photography are in UK pounds sterling. Outside of the UK your credit card company will charge you in your local currency at the current rate. Please note that both charges and refunds are in UK pounds sterling and RTS Photography cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.
 
3. Payments
3.1 You must pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure the date after terms and conditions have been agreed.
3.2 The final balance of the booking is due 4 weeks prior to the booking date.
3.3 Orders will be processed via BACS or online via the website.
3.4 To ensure that shopping/booking online is secure, we do not store any customers financial details.
3.5 Your credit card company may also carry out security checks to check that your order is genuine.
3.6 All order is subject to our own security and credit card verification procedures. RTS Photography reserve the right to withhold any order that has failed to be verified. Should there be a problem with your card verification you will be notified via email.
4. Availability
4.1 We endeavour to keep RTS Photography as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that a particular package/ date will always be available. If we are unable to supply your package/ date and you are not willing to wait/ re book your order will be refunded (excluding the non-refundable booking fee).
4.2 All offers are available whilst stocks last. If we are unable to supply a package/ booking, we will notify you via email, where possible we will refund you (excluding the non-refundable booking fee) or provide you with further information regarding future availability.
 
5. Delivery (only applicable for physical products)
 5.1 RTS Photography delivers to destinations within the UK.
5.2 Postal charges are £4.95 within the UK.
5.3 Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail First class signed for. If you wish to have it special delivery this will be at an additional price, so please specify an address where someone will be in to sign for your parcel.
5.4 Delivery is within 2/3 working days subject to the item being in stock.  
5.5 We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
5.6 This does not affect your Statutory Rights as the consumer.
 
6. Copyright and trade marks
6.1a The original photographs are all owned by the RTS Photography until payment is complete.
6.1b All content from this site, including text, images, logos, codes and photographs are property of RTS Photography or its content providers and is protected by the United Kingdom and international copyright laws.
6.2 The site is for personal use only and users may not exploit any part of the content in any way without the written permission of the copyright owner. All rights reserved.
6.3 Permission is granted to print and electronically copy portions of the site for the sole purpose of placing an order with RTS Photography or using the website as a shopping source. Any other use of this website and its materials including reproduction, modification, distribution or republication without the prior permission of RTS Photography is strictly forbidden.
6.4 RTS Photography does not make any warranty or representation in respect of any other trademark and the trademarks of the brands featured on RTS Photography belong to their respective owners.
 
7. Returns/ cancelations
7.1a You have the right to cancel your order within 2 days of your booking date before it is confirmed by emailing rts1.photography@gmail.com.
7.2 If you have any questions regarding packages/ bookings please contact rts1.photography@gmail.comfor more information.
7.3 If you happen to receive the wrong item(s) RTS Photography will exchange these with no extra charge, however it will be your responsibility to return the wrong item(s) before the correct item(s) are sent. To arrange this email rts1.photography@gmail.com.
7.4 If your items have been damaged in transit please inform us with in 3 days of receiving the package and a solution will be obtained.
 
8. Responsibilities 
8.1 RTS Photography have endeavoured to make the descriptions including all images of the product/ packages as accurate as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for changes in size, content or presentation of the products/ packages.
8.2 RTS Photography will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of an unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation internet outages, communication outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.
 
9. Liability
9.1 The RTS Photography website is provided by us without warranties or guarantees. You must bear the risks associated with the use of the internet. If we are informed of any inaccuracies RTS Photography will correct them as soon as we can.
9.2 We are not liable to you for the following:
-Incompatibility with any computer, software or device.
-technical problems, interruptions or errors of the website for RTS Photography.
-inadequacy of the site to meet your requirements.
9.3 To the full extent allowed by acceptable law, you agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any consequential or incidental damages; included but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss or privacy or loss of data or any indirect damages whatsoever that are related to or arise out of the site of RTS Photography.
 
10. General 
10.1 RTS Photography may change or withdraw part of the site or may refuse access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary.
10.2 RTS Photography may terminate this agreement and immediately remove, suspend or cancel access to the site upon breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions and termination will be without prejudice to RTS Photography other rights.
 
11. Photographic integrity
11.1 By making a booking or choosing a package with RTS Photography you are agreeing to the photographic integrity and style of the photographer.
11.2 No safety features captured in any photographs will be edited out under any circumstances so is not to comprise any other parties.
11.3 By making a booking or choosing a package with RTS Photography you are agreeing to the specific content of each package as stated on the website.
